Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NoSimp mobile application (the "App"), operated by NoSimp ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it you represent that you are 18 or older.

02What NoSimp is (and is not)

NoSimp provides AI-generated coaching and analysis about dating and relationship communication, for informational and self-improvement purposes only.

• Not professional advice. The App is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for any of those. If you are experiencing distress or crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line such as findahelpline.com.
• AI-generated content. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgment; you are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
• No outcomes guaranteed. We make no promises about relationship or dating results.

03Subscriptions and purchases

• NoSimp Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, weekly at $6.99/week or yearly at $49.99/year, which may include a 3-day free trial). Prices may vary by region and are always shown in the App before you purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, the subscription price is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Fair use. Premium includes generous usage allowances designed to cover normal personal use. To prevent abuse, usage beyond these allowances may be paced or require optional credit top-ups.
• Credit packs, where offered, are one-time consumable purchases and are non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests for any purchase are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App to harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, or harm anyone, or to violate anyone's privacy;
• upload content you do not have the right to share. When you analyze a screenshot of a conversation, you are responsible for ensuring you may lawfully share it;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to extract, jailbreak, or misuse the underlying AI models;
• reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the App or its content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

05Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (messages, screenshots). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the App (including processing by our AI and hosting providers, as described in our Privacy Policy). We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.

06Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the personal, non-transferable right to use the App.

07Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

08Changes to the service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
