Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NoSimp ("NoSimp", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the NoSimp mobile application (the "App"). We designed NoSimp to work without an account: you never give us your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.

01Information we collect

We do not collect your contacts, location, browsing history, or health data. The App contains no advertising SDKs. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we never sell your data.

02How we use information

03Service providers

We share data only with processors that are necessary to run the App, and only for the purposes described above:

04Data retention and deletion

Chat history, analysis results, and progress live on your device: deleting the App deletes them. Your anonymous profile and quiz answers remain on our backend until you ask us to delete them. To request deletion of all server-side data, email us at enescelikoglu0016@gmail.com, or use the "Replay onboarding" reset in the App, which clears your profile. Because accounts are anonymous, include your request date and approximate install date so we can locate the record.

05Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at enescelikoglu0016@gmail.com to exercise these rights. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

06Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). Server-side data is stored with access controls and encryption at rest by our hosting providers.

07Age requirement

NoSimp is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

08Important notice

NoSimp provides AI-generated coaching for informational purposes. It is not therapy, medical care, or professional mental-health advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line such as findahelpline.com.

09Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
